BloodShed Farms Fear Fest is New Jersey's Ultimate Haunted Attraction Theme Park! Featuring several attractions, nightly entertainment, great food, and more!

ClownOPhobia
Once long ago, this travelling fun house amused families and brought joy to the faces of all boys and girls. However, a tragic accident left its long time owners unable to tend to the attraction and the many performers who had made this their home were thrown to the streets. Years later, a new proprietor has reopened the amusement and looks to enliven the show and mesmerize audiences with a new cast of clowns.

Trail of Terror:
The Trail of Terror will take you on a journey full of unimaginable horrors and bone-chilling frights. You’ll visit Murter Manor which was once home to the murderous Lived family. The new residents are always looking for dinner guest, and you’ll never believe who’s on Ma’s menu! A winding path leads you through a corn maze path where you never know who or what will be waiting for you around every corner.

Hellsgate Asylum:
In 1952, Hellsgate was originally intended to be used as a halfway house for those being released from the state’s mental institution, but once funding was cut, a private organization took control of the complex. As the site seemingly fell into ruin, those originally involved in the project moved on or assumed it was no longer in operation.

The Last Ride:
The Last Ride Haunted Hayride takes your traditional hayrides to an all new level! Its unique and interactive cart design and skilled actors immerse you in the experience from start to finish. Never been scared on a hayride before? That’s about to change!

The Blood Shed
The Blood Shed is a unique, intense, personal, interactive, fear experience! The Blood Shed is a separate experience and tickets for it must be purchased.

The Camper Escape Room:
The Camper is a 15 minute – interactive, escape room experience. Email Haunt Owner

  • Frightening scenes

Blood and gory! Got a combo pass for all four attraction. The lines were too long and had to wait outside for hours. It was certainly scary. The attractions were well planned and they made it horrifying. Actors were great as clowns. It was a great show by them. The trail of terror had bone chilling frightening scenes. They made sure there was something lurking in every nook and corner. The asylum was a mayhem and we got to see the worst of fears. Hayride was delightfully frightening. With props and special effects, it was a certainly a feast for the eyes. Claps.

  • No dearth of horrifying scenes

It was scary time at the blood shed farms and it was fun unlimited. Haunted attractions were always an order of life during the Halloween season and we never miss it. Loved all the haunts and we were never bored with any of them. The actors were spot on with the makeup and attire. The props were plenty and put to good use. Special effects made a great impact and alarmed us quite a bit. There was no dearth of horrifying scenes in any of the attractions and thank you to the crew for putting up a wonderful job.

  • Email Verified Terrifically exciting

It is a terrifically exciting and entertaining haunt. My wife was particular about visiting Bloodshed and she turned out to be right. Clownophobia was a funhouse themed attraction featuring different clowns as well as rooms of misdirection and pop-up style animatronics. It also had few bone-chilling jump scares that startled us. The set design was creative and it stood out from the rest. Trail of terror is a creepy walkthrough among corn field. Few jump scares definitely surprised us. But too much down time between scares spoiled the fun. We skipped the asylum and undertook the last ride. It was fun till the end. Overall, we had great fun.

  • Email Verified Definitely worth it

Definitely worth it! So scary and very well put together. This place was wonderful. Our group scared at times. This place put good effort to the characters' makeup, props, or the costumes. The trail of terror also had few impactful jump scares and props. But not as good as clownophobia I thought. The last ride was a one of a kind experience. It also had few good scares and creepy actors. Definitely I will recommend this place to all scare lovers in NJ.

  • Email Verified Clownophobia was scary

I am scared of clowns. No wonder, clownophobia scared the crap out of me. It featured different types of clowns and other scare actors who attempts to build up tension. I virtually screamed from start to finish. It also had some creepy animatronics and twisted scenes that caught me off-guard. Looking back, this attraction had the strongest scare acting and diversity in scene design among others in the haunt. Hells Gate asylum had nerve wracking terrors, but it lacked in terms of details in set design. It also featured typical scenes such as demented dentist, a hallway of crutches, and mirror maze, giving it a feel of monotony for seasoned visitors. Actors however did a great job in portraying the insane in the asylum. The maze had multiple jump scares and creepy actors. But there was lots of unused space between scares, and that killed the pace. But overall, Bloodshed was an enjoyable experience. I will come again.

  • Email Verified Mirror maze was amazing

It was one of the scariest haunts I’d visited of late. The clownophobia had different clowns – some were aggressive while some others demented – and other scare actors who knew their trade well. The creepy sets and animatronics give you an immersive scare experience. Hellsgate had some bone-chilling scare moments. The asylum was carefully recreated with good enough details. Actors made a great performance portraying mentally deranged people. Mirror maze virtually freaked me out.

  • Email Verified Everything was super scary

Well within the budget, but the wait in lines exceeded certain limits. Need better crowd management. The haunts were all interestingly planned. Hayride was one joyous ride with pop scares in and out of the ride. Everything else were super scary. Especially the trail and the asylum and we had a blast. 3 stars because of the wait.

  • Been to bloodshed two years now recommend everyone go

I've been to many haunts over the years None were as good as this The asylum was madness pun intended Clownophobia just crazy The hay ride intense though one side seems a little neglected The trail was awesome But the shed the shed is the diamond in the rough one person strapped to one chair in the dark for seven to ten minutes with your inner most fears and no one to save you

  • Email Verified Mixed bag with fun, dance and frights

We went as a group of seven and we absolutely loved it. There were a few hiccups here and there, but we really did have a blast throughout. The ‘Last Ride’ along with the purge entrance was one of the most entertaining experiences in the entire show. The farm doesn’t focus on the scare factor alone, it’s a kind of a mixed bag with fun, dance and frights of course. All the staffs and actors were extremely dedicated and helpful, we could see them helping out the little kids around. On the whole, a very satisfying experience with some repeat value for sure.

  • Email Verified Never want to finish the Last Ride

My fear experience was on the top when I was in the Last Ride at BloodShed Farms… I was screaming like hell… still wanted this longer. After that new cast of Clowns welcomed me in Clown O’ Phobia… Mesmerizing fun once again… my hubby was damn tired of his regular routine still he is behaving like a kid… we were not willing to go out of this scary fun zone.

  • Think twice

Staff was too rude and parking was a big headache at this place. Think twice, before heading to this place.
