Best bang for your buck

When I got there, there was little to no line and I was staying warm next to the fire and was with the farm dog as I was waiting for my turn. The story and the actors were absolutely amazing. I really loved that the actors made everything come to life because there was little to no props which made the experience that much better. It was definitely worth every penny

The Conover killings review

The conover killings is an excellent haunted trail I love that it's in the dark and you don't know where everyone is the actor who played Mr. Hyde in the scarpyard was so amazing he had a amazing voice he was very scary with his lines he said and his acting

This haunted trail is awesome. The trail is well decorated and the people that work the trail are really energetic and do a great job!! You are frightened every step.

Spooktacular

These people freaking kill it! Instantly upon arriving you’re transported into their terrifying world and realize you’re in for something special. As soon as you get there you’re greeted by the most terrifying creature, Johnathan, he made sure to charge the car right as we’re pulling in, the look on my wife’s face was priceless. Parking is a little tight so carpooling is definitely recommended here, but parking was still organized and easy enough. Check in was super quick and efficient and after a quick warm up by the fire and cuddle sesh with Hamilton we were ushered in to the most terrifying experience of my life. The story really does a good job of making you feel like you’re immersed into their petrifying forest and there’s no escape, in the best sort of way. If feeling lost in those dark ass woods doesn’t scare you , than don’t worry because around every corner is a psychopath more scary than -the -last ready to jump out and rip your face off. After what felt like an eternity in this scary story we emmerged to be greeted by the cutest farm dog, we realized we were safe and made it this time! 10/10 would recommend, well worth the visit!!

The Conover Killings is a truly unique trail. The way you get a time slot and wait by a fire pit is awesome. The story to the trail is key to the entire walk thru and they add to the storyline each year. Probably the best haunted trail I have been on.

Awesome Trail

This haunted trail is super different from your typical Halloween attraction. Very fun how the trail follows a story and each scarer has a purpose. I would highly recommend it!

Woahhh

This was AWESOME - I don't really get jump scared but the feeling of being outside and kinda lost in the woods was very real and that gave me goosebumps. This was different than most haunts and I loved every second.

I’ve been through many haunted trails and experiences and this one is by far one of my favorites ! The idea of it being set in a Christmas tree farm is completely unique with the scare element of anything can be hiding behind the innocent trees! From ghouls to creatures of the night and the mysterious noises coming from the woods this will scare you easily with the creapiness of the fog and moonlight to guide you .. and let’s not forget about Hamilton the farm dog who adds to the experience making a very memorable night!

Lost

My group and I felt truly lost - like we weren't at an "Attraction" from the second we pulled up - to the second we walked through Christmas trees and corn and woods. It was just different, and in a crazy scary eerie way!

As a scare actor, I’m always looking for a new place to haunt. This place was it for me. They say that the people you work with can make or break the experience. The crazies here made it so fun and worth it. Being able to have the creative freedom that we do makes the nights so entertaining. I have experience from other haunts; I worked at one for 10 years but my experience was never appreciated. I was treated like a newbie when that was far from the truth. I can’t speak for everyone but most of us do this because we love to do it. I love that my prior experience means something to the people here. I thought I had lost my passion and will to scare before I found Conover. I’m so glad that they proved me wrong.

Absolutely RECOMMEND!!!

All I can say is WOWW !! It has been sometime since my family and I have went out for some spooky scares, BUT spooky is not the word to describe!! My kids have been talking about a two headed doll girl that really scared her ( the character was very well played) What amazed us the most was how dark it was but the light trails bit it easy to navigate, jump scares almost had my husband wet himself lol. We never knew what was a prop decor or person. JOB WELL DONE !!10/10 before Halloween and scary season ends I highly suggest bringing your kids or even adult friends:)

Amazing farm!!

Conover Kills is probably one of the best scare attractions i’ve ever seen or interacted with!! it’s so fun and it’s operated in such an organized fashion!! very enjoyable experience; 10/10!

Best scares

All the scenes are super scary and the actors make it so much more scary. The actors scary you from all angles from being high to low on ground causing the up scares so much better.

WOW

We had an awesome time — the whole walk-through lasts about 30 minutes and keeps you on edge the whole way. The story they told added a nice layer of depth beyond just jump scares. Cost was worth every minute.

Above average

Not your average haunted house — this is a full outdoor trail and it works so well. The crew was friendly when we arrived and then within minutes I was genuinely spooked. Highly recommended for thrill seekers!

Spooky trail

Absolutely terrifying from start to finish — the dark forest trail and immersive storyline had me jumping at every turn. Actors were so into it, really ramped up the fear factor. Will definitely be coming back next year!

Spooky & Scary

Conover Killings is one of the scariest and most fun experiences ever!! Long walkthrough and lots of actors who are already ready. Love the scarp yard especially.. those actors rock!

Very fun and different haunt. Neat story and great scares. Actors seemed very dedicated and very crazy. If they weren't scaring you they were definitely entertaining you. Waited a little bit for our time slot but it wasn't and actual "line" just hangout by the fire with our group and the farm dog.

Awesome place!

Our group of 7 went out by ourselves. Our leader took us around a few winding trails as she played a recording of the story behind what happened and then let us go on our own. It was a huge field of winding trails and strategically placed scares , screams, you name it. We listened to the story in the car on the way there, but hearing it in detail before she sent us on our way really set the tone. No one will touch you and you cannot touch anyone. Spacing of the groups was great, as wet didn’t know what was coming next. One of the best parts was just hearing the screaming as you wait by the fire for your group to be called. This was a great experience and I highly recommend it. Plus, Hamilton the dog is by the fire to sniff you out😉

Best Haunt ever….

Im a Haunted house fanatic. Its the best one ive ever been to in all years going to haunts. Unique, thrilling, intense, i loved that they used my name in the haunt and the actors were screaming my name at me lol. So fun.

Very different from most places.

Really cool haunt, don't want to spoil much but not standing in a line is awesome, never seeing the groups in front of you is awesome. overall very scary and cool experience.
