Felt like it was more of a basic obstacle course. The music was great but the haunted house was a disappointment. Lack of creativity. It's just people screaming in your ears. Annoying…

  • Not Bad

Great place, great scares. Set design, costumes, scares and actors were all top-notch. Actors stayed in character, and they had no qualms to go out of their way to give you a very interactive experience. Hayride had few good scare moments that startled me to the core. In the maze, you got no escape route other than facing the scares. Actors’ performance was impressive throughout. Costumes looked real. Great job everyone.

  • Incredible

great price, incredible haunt. Loved the atmosphere and the excitement. Maze was an amazing experience. neatly planned and well executed with surprises at every corner and turn. It was fun with zombies. The actors made merry and we had a great time with them. I WILL be doing this years to come.

  • Pitch black freaky

Very freaking cool. The clown carnival and sector 13 had some intense jump scares that caught me by surprise. The darkness in Pitch black virtually freaked me out. There was no way to anticipate the scares until it strikes.Expensive but totally worth it.Good job guys.

  • Email Verified Cool surprises and fun

One of the best.Loved the scares. There were four attractions in all. Hayride was fun with cool surprises on the way. Zombie apocalypse was terrifying. Actors in cool makeup resembled zombies in all aspect….really awesome. Performed like a real zombie and that scared us the most. Cool costumes, some were dropped in blood. Great frights at the dark forest. It was quite impactful. It was like an hour and more in there, we had a blast.

  • Email Verified Highly entertaining

Well, what a day we had here!! Plenty to soak in your Halloween spirits. More than an hourr in the haunts and we never knew the time passed. Got completely occupied in the haunts. Hayride, zombies, maze and woods were a great combo. The hayride was entertaining….an action filled ride replete with spooky surprises. The forest was pitch dark…so exciting…. actors did the job really well. They scare us easily and make us screaaammmm. It is still funny to think how we ran to avoid a scare..lol. Can’t wait till next year to see what they have in store.

  • Email Verified Screamed non-stop

We opted for VIP passes to escape the line. The theatrical hayride had huge sets and highquality sound, not to mention the scare actors ever willing to scare the daylight out of you. An intense experience, and remains my favorite. Pitch black was scary too….screamed almost non-stop. Sector 13 was a sensory overload. Scares were interactive and the sets and costumes were phenomenal. The clown carnival was awesome; a lot of different scares in every direction. The haunt is worth every penny..

  • Great haunted attraction

Had a wonderful time. Too many things happening under one roof. Biggest and the longest I have ever attended. Spooky surprises in all corners. Each had its own unique theme. The actors were great…loved the job and it shows. Makeover was excellent. Cool props used extensively. The woods were the scariest...dark and eerie. I have never been so terrified in life. Scares and scenes were in plenty. Looking forward for the next spooky season.

  • Hauntingly realistic!!

Hauntingly realistic!! Hayride through the forest was fun. Some of the characters climbed up the wagon and scared the crap out of us. The lost carnival featured some unbelieveable scares and props. The creepy clowns freaked us out. Pitch black will be interesting if you have not done it yet. In the dark, you can’t anticipate the scares. Sector 13 had creepy interiors and psychological scares. Actors were interactive and they knew their job. Quite reasonably priced as well. Check it out.

  • Email Verified Pretty intense

This is not a friendly hayride-and-scarecrows type of place. The haunted hayride was fun and it had few intense scares. Few of the scares actually caught me by surprise. Pitch Black was pretty dark, creepy and uncomfortably loud. People with ear troubles should ideally avoid this part.

  • Bone-chilling scares and thrills

Best overall experience compared to other haunts I have been to this year. It had many bone-chilling scares, thrills, creepy sets and scare actors who knew how the scare the visitors. My wife’s favourite was the hayride. Pitch black freaked us out. The haunted hayride took us through some dark creepy terrains. My friend liked the Lost Carnival, which had creepy sets and zombies in scary attires who chased us around. The droning sound was a bit tough on the ears. We were amazed by some good interactive scares at sector 13. Actors stayed in the character throughout. Check it out.

  • The BEST

This is one of the best haunts I’d ever visited. Came with my nieces and we visited all the four attractions in Reaper’s Revenge. The creepy clowns in Lost carnival scared the crap out of us. The kids screamed few times. Sector 13 had interactive scares, but the actors were professionals and they never made it uncomfortable for us. For the four attractions, we paid only very reasonable price. Definitely I will visit again next year.

  • A fun filled scary evening

Haunts well worth the price and effort, it was a decent scare at reaper’s revenge. It was by chance we got to know about this place and we immediately checked it out this Sunday. It was never a boring affair with interesting scenes laid all over the house. Sector 13 was nerve racking, we had a good run. It was a mayhem at the carnival with monsters and beasts making their appearance. The actors were never tired. It was like a real monster and we never could make a difference. We were there for pitch dark event and that added to the excitement. A fun filled evening with the family and we love to come back next year.

  • Scarier and thrilling

This is a kind of place most of you will love. Hayride was darker, scarier and more thrilling. Actors were busy scaring us in the pitch dark, winding maze. It had four attractions and it was equally scary. Actors had the right make up and costumes. The visual effects were spectacular and it added to the fear. The staff was friendly and ready for any assistance. It’s been a wonderful experience and love to come back.

  • Email Verified Lots of interactive scares

I and my BF savoured our time at the Reaper’s Revenge. From nerve wracking scares and terrifying moments to great sets, props, and actors, the place had everything you expect from a typical haunt. Pitch black was a unique experience for both of us. But it was a bit too loud for my comfort. Sector 13 had pretty creepy sets and many interactive scares wherein I was shoved around. The zombies in the Lost carnival scared the crap out of both of us. I screamed couple of times. Overall, it was an impressive haunt with well-planned and executed scares. Recommend it.

Never thought it would be this fun, it was way beyond our expectations. It was one of the best haunts I been to and we loved the atmosphere and more so the excitement it offers. Actors were superb. Along with good social effects and props, it was scares unlimited. The staff were friendly and compassionate. Thanks for providing a safe yet scary good time. We had a blast and it is not going to be our last time here.

  • Email Verified Tempting scary fun

If you are looking for ruthless adventure… that too dramatic and live… Reaper’s Revenge is the one for you. This is the only haunted house I have been thrice as it adds new attractions every year to have tempting scary fun. Spread in 65 acres of land, vivid themes, classy actors and props redefine this every time. I was so happy to experience the four different horrifying attractions which lasted for more than an hour.

  • Email Verified Pitch Black and Woods are thrilling and unique

There was a complete absence of scare element in Hayride. House was a short walk and all scares were quite common nothing special. But we found pitch black and woods quite thrilling and unique. The air doesn’t smell so spooky and haunting.

  • Email Verified Cascade of horror and fun

Reaper’s Revenge is a star rated haunted house in NJ. Me and my family got VIP passes to the place and it turned out to be ultimate fun. Monsters were attacking here and there and made us feel too scary. Spread in huge area the place has multiple themes and most of them are best in class. We enjoyed the hayride and dance acts in loud music. Its like cascade of horror!!! Horror and fun everywhere.

  • Email Verified So many surprises, so many scares

Do not forget to purchase the VIP tickets, it’s costly but you will soon sense the need of it if you did not buy it. We really had a good terrifying time inside with the amazing locales and excellent performers. The eerie, creepy mood is set up and maintained everywhere inside the house and even after coming out of it; you will have that hangover for quite some time. The walkthroughs, both the indoor and outdoor were one of the best we have done. So many surprises, so many scares, all along. NB: Not for the fainthearted!

  • Email Verified Very long wait

It took very long wait to enter in each attraction. We had nearly waited for 2 hours to enter on hayride and that too was not worthy. They actually don’t know how to control and manage the huge rush. If they sort it out then I could say it is one of the best.

  • Email Verified Lot to see, but very little to experience

Very expensive, close to $50 per ticket is too high an amount for a haunted house, however big it may be. And to skip through the long lines and wait, you have to churn out additional amounts. Most of the attractions felt like a show-off of their richness alone, we felt like they weren’t interested in the audience reactions. There were lots to see, but very little to experience. Wish it was more interactive with more actors, and with a lesser price tag.

  • Email Verified Scary Awesome

The haunt was alright. The hayride was scary but entertaining. It had some great sets and scary characters who would freak you out. The order of attractions was great, especially how you flow from one to the next. The carnival and fun house was scary awesome. There were scares in all direction.. I am afraid of dark and pitch black really scared the shit out of me. I just wanted to get out and that won’t happen as quickly as you would have liked. Actors all did a great job. I recommend this place to all scare lovers. You could not make a better choice for seasonal spooky fun.

  • Absolutely fantastic

Having visited 5 other haunted houses before, I can easily say that this one is the best. The sets, effects, themes, props etc were absolutely fantastic. I’m sure they must have spent a lot to set this one up and that is evident everywhere, be it inside the house or the exteriors. Even the crowd management was faultless, not too many people were sent inside at once. Forget the high cost, good things sometimes come at a good price.

  • Email Verified Memorable scary night

I went to Reaper’s Revenge with my husband. Haunted Hayride was so long and mysterious. Then we walkthrough Dark Forest, having narrow wooden paths and scary props all around… creepy monsters were coming from here and there unexpectedly. Next destination was Zombie maze… actors are so skilled and dressed as live ghosts. Indoor walkthrough also had so many scares. This Halloween experience is life long memorable for both of us.

  • Email Verified Amazing Fun

First time there this year. Truly amazing! The preparation and passion that had gone in the design of the haunt is shown in the acting, the set designs, props and virtually in every aspect of the show. The delivery of cares was perfect and seamless. The hayride was simply superb.. scary characters in weird costumes would make you scream. Sector 13 was my favourite. But pitch black was intense and freaked me out. Overall, a great haunt. You definitely get your money’s worth.
