Philadelphia Watch Case Company Building
Riverside, NJ 8075
This building was built in 1908 and houses an 8-story clock tower and some sculptured friezes. It is also believed to be haunted by ghosts and spirit orbs.
Theophilus Zurbrugg purchased the building in 1892 when it was the vacant Pavillion Hotel, and turned it into the Philadelphia Watch Case Company. The business grew and an additional building south of the hotel was built in 1908.
The Pavillion Hotel building is no longer standing but the 1908 addition still stands and is now an office building.
